SHARED CHARTER OPPORTUNITIES
For some months we have been getting enquiries from existing and potential yacht charter guests as to whether it is possible to ‘share’ a luxury yacht charter with another family or one or two other couples. This is of course something we would like to explore and have put together a program of matching up families and or groups to be able to share the costs of a luxury yacht charter. Below you will find an enquiry form, please register your interest and we will connect with you to discuss further. Thank you.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Sailing Itinerary We can facilitate an amazing seagoing experience to Rose Island, other nearby cays for a day charter. These areas are most ideal for a full day of water toy fun, seeing sea turtles and stingrays, walking the beaches, snorkeling and other onboard amenities. We can also include the Pig beach experience at the nearby Rose Island for you and your guests. As the Pig Beach’s are privately owned there is an additional landing cost. Please explicitly advise if you are keen to book the pig beach experience.
Rates and fees
The charter rate is the base cost which consists of the cruising fuel, water-toys, lunch(for full day charters only*), snacks, drinks, an open bar of alcoholic beverages and the specific marina dockage. There are additional costs for crew gratuity(normally 15%-20% of the charter rate*), Bahamas taxes and relocation fees will incur additional fees. A full quote will be sent once our team receives the yacht selection and the full request information.
Cancelation terms and conditions
Once a charter contract is signed, a 50% first instalment will be due. The remaining balance will be required 4 weeks before departure. A full refund will only granted if a cancelation is made by the captain. This will only be due to adverse weather conditions or if the vessel is unable to embark due to mechanical or technical issues onboard.
