The 2018 Antigua Yacht Charter Show took place from December 4 to 10 across the beautiful settings of Nelson’s Dockyard, Falmouth Harbour, and the Antigua Yacht Club Marina. Celebrating its 57th edition, the show brought together top-tier charter yachts, brokers, and crew to kick off the Caribbean charter season.

Around 70 yachts participated, ranging from elegant sailing yachts to large motor yachts, including standouts like the 60-meter Slipstream and the 55-meter Lili. The show offered a relaxed yet professional atmosphere, ideal for inspecting yachts, meeting crews, and discussing upcoming charters.

A major highlight was the chef’s competition, where onboard culinary talent was showcased and highly praised. The industry-only format ensured focused networking and productive meetings between charter brokers and yacht representatives.

Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) - Nov 2018

The 2018 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS), held from October 31 to November 4, delivered another impressive display of marine excellence in the “Yachting Capital of the World.” Spanning seven locations and featuring more than 1,500 boats, the event attracted a global audience of yachting professionals, enthusiasts, and buyers.

From luxury superyachts and sleek sportfishers to center consoles and personal watercraft, the range of vessels on display was extensive. Highlights included superyachts like the 72-meter Solo and the 56-meter Seanna, both drawing strong attention from charter clients and prospective owners.

The show also featured a wide variety of marine accessories, engines, electronics, and services, along with enhanced transportation and layout improvements that made navigating the event more convenient.

Monaco Yacht Show - Sept 2018

The 2018 Monaco Yacht Show, held from September 26 to 29 at Port Hercules, was another spectacular showcase of the world’s finest superyachts and luxury marine products. With over 120 yachts on display—many making their world premiere—the event once again confirmed its place at the heart of the superyacht industry.

This year’s standouts included the 90-meter DAR by Oceanco, the 88.5-meter Illusion Plus, and the elegant 70-meter Syzygy 818. The quality and diversity of the fleet reflected growing demand for innovation, design, and custom features in the luxury market.

Barcelona MYBA Charter Show - May 2018

The 2018 MYBA Charter Show took place from April 23 to 26 at OneOcean Port Vell in Barcelona, once again bringing together some of the finest charter yachts, brokers, and industry professionals in the Mediterranean.

This year’s show featured around 50 luxury charter yachts, including standout vessels like the 73-meter Planet Nine and the 70-meter Joy. The event maintained its strong focus on quality, with well-presented yachts, highly professional crews, and thoughtfully organized displays.

The chef and crew competitions were popular highlights, showcasing the talent and creativity that elevate the charter experience. The show also included informative seminars and networking events, offering valuable insight into trends and updates in the charter market.
